We help users prepare for job interviews by practicing with a realistic AI interviewer and receiving detailed feedback reports. - Voice recordings and audio from your practice interviews
- Your resume and other documents (PDF or text) you upload
- Video recordings of your practice interviews (for body-language feedback)
- Job descriptions and role details you provide
Usage Data
- Interview transcripts and conversation history
- Interview minute usage and transaction history
- Login timestamps and session data
- IP addresses and demographic data
- Information collected through cookies, web beacons, and other tracking technologies as you navigate the platform
If you share or post personal information on any public forum on Botreadyme or social networking platforms, please exercise caution. Information made public can be collected and used by other users. - To synthesize the AI interviewer's voice using ElevenLabs and Cartesia technology

- To create and manage your account
- To communicate with you about Popler Technologies products, services, promotional offerings, and announcements

4. Voice Data and AI Processing
Voice data deserves special attention. During live interview practice:
- Your spoken answers are captured and transcribed in real time to power the interview conversation
- The AI interviewer's voice is synthesized using Cartesia and ElevenLabs voice technology
- Your resume and job description are processed by our AI engine to generate role-specific questions and evaluation reports
- Interview recordings and transcripts are stored with your account so you can review your performance
- You can delete your recordings, transcripts, and all associated data at any time
We do not use your voice recordings to create voice clones or to train AI models.
5. Third-Party Services
We work with the following trusted third parties:
- Cartesia & ElevenLabs — Text-to-speech synthesis for the AI interviewer's voice. Subject to their respective privacy policies (ElevenLabs Privacy Policy)
- Razorpay — Payment processing. Card and payment data is handled entirely by Razorpay. We never store card details
- Google — Optional OAuth login. Subject to Google Privacy Policy
- Amazon Web Services (S3) — Secure file storage for uploaded media
6. How We Share Your Information
We never sell, rent, or lease your personal data to third parties and will not do so in the future. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers: Third parties who collaborate with us to provide services (such as email providers, billing partners, and hosting services) are contractually obligated to maintain confidentiality and may only use your data to fulfil the services they provide for us
- Marketing communications: We may use your information to send promotional offers. You have the right to opt out at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any marketing email
- Testimonials: If we publish a testimonial that includes your name or personal information, we will obtain your explicit consent beforehand
- Legal requirements: We may disclose your information where legally required to comply with applicable law, governmental requests, subpoenas, or court orders
- Safety and protection: To protect the assets, employees, and users of Popler Technologies

Your data is stored on secure servers in the Asia Pacific (ap-south-1) region. We implement industry-standard security measures including:

- Access-controlled cloud storage with pre-signed URLs
- PCI-compliant payment processing — we do not store credit card or payment card information on our servers
Personal data is stored for as long as necessary to provide our services, unless you have given consent for longer retention or deletion is requested.
8. Data Retention
We retain your account data and content for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete all associated personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by applicable law. Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained indefinitely.

10. Cookies and Tracking
We use session cookies to maintain your login state. We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site (pages visited, traffic sources) and a Google Ads tag to measure advertising effectiveness. These tools collect data in aggregate form; we do not sell your personal data to advertisers. You can opt out of Google Analytics using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
11. Children's Privacy
Botreadyme is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that a minor has provided us personal data, we will delete it promptly.
