This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you and Popler Technologies ("we," "our," or "us"), regarding your use of botreadyme.com, app.botreadyme.com, and all related services. Botreadyme is intended for use by individuals, creators, small and medium businesses, and professionals.
You are requested to carefully read this Agreement and our Privacy Policy before using Botreadyme. By using the platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please do not use the platform.
These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the service.
Botreadyme is an AI mock interview platform that allows you to:
The service is powered by third-party AI providers including ElevenLabs and Cartesia for voice synthesis and our proprietary interview inference engine.
You must create an account to use Botreadyme. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is found to be false or inaccurate. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under it. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at dipali@popularbano.com.
Botreadyme offers a free plan that includes 30 minutes of interview practice for new users. Once those minutes are used, or if you wish to access additional features such as detailed evaluation reports, you will need to upgrade to a paid plan. If you do not purchase additional interview minutes, live interview practice will be unavailable until you do so.
We reserve the right to update our pricing at any time. Any price changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice via notification on the website or by email. You must pay all applicable fees in accordance with the current pricing at the time of purchase.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the service.
By using the live interview practice feature, you acknowledge and agree that:
Interviewer speech is synthesized using third-party voice technology (Cartesia and ElevenLabs) under their respective terms. Your recordings and reports are associated with your account and can be deleted at any time.
Botreadyme operates on an interview-minutes system:
Payments are processed securely by Razorpay or Paddle.com. By completing a payment, you agree to the respective payment processor's terms of service. Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our Refund Policy, which permits refund requests within 7 days of purchase on a pro-rata basis depending on minutes already used.
You retain ownership of all content you upload. By uploading content, you grant Popler Technologies a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, store, and use your content solely to provide the service.
All content available on Botreadyme — including but not limited to text, documentation, design, logos, icons, images, graphics, software, and all derivative works created by Popler Technologies — is the intellectual property of Popler Technologies and is protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. No part of Popler Technologies' intellectual property may be copied, reproduced, transmitted, or distributed in any form without express prior written consent. If Popler Technologies suspects you have violated any provision of this Agreement, it may, at its sole discretion and without notice, terminate this Agreement or suspend your access to the platform.
You may not upload content that:
If you submit, upload, or post any content to Botreadyme, you agree that you are solely responsible for all such submissions. Popler Technologies may use or not use such submissions at its discretion without any restrictions or obligations. You will not be entitled to any compensation for content you submit. Popler Technologies will not violate any copyright or intellectual property rights in connection with your submissions.
Your use of Botreadyme is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. By using the service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.
Botreadyme may contain links to third-party websites, services, or other resources. These websites are not owned or controlled by Popler Technologies. We do not endorse or take responsibility for any such third-party websites, information, or services. If you access third-party websites from our platform, you do so at your own risk. You acknowledge that these Terms and our Privacy Policy do not apply to your use of third-party websites.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or for any other reason at our sole discretion — with or without notice. We can cancel your subscription and deny you service immediately if you violate any terms of this Agreement.
You may cancel your account at any time through the Botreadyme platform. Requests to cancel via email or phone are not accepted. Upon cancellation, you will remain responsible for all charges incurred up to the cancellation date, including the full fees for the current billing period. Your account may be restored upon payment of any outstanding fees.
Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by applicable law.
Botreadyme operates on a one-time purchase model for interview minutes. Customers may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, and eligible requests are reviewed and processed within 10 business days. Refunds may be provided on a pro-rata basis depending on the interview minutes already utilized. Minutes that have already been consumed are non-refundable.

Botreadyme is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We expressly disclaim all warranties including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and accuracy. Specifically, we do not warrant:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Popler Technologies and its owners, employees, directors, officers, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages or losses, regardless of cause.
Popler Technologies' total liability for any claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the service for one billing period (30 days), excluding taxes and third-party fees. Should you find this service unsatisfactory, your sole recourse is to discontinue use.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Popler Technologies and its owners, directors, employees, and representatives from any and all claims, losses, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of this Agreement or your use of the service, including but not limited to: (1) any failure by you to comply with your obligations under these Terms; (2) violation of any law or the rights of any third party by you; and (3) any content you submit, upload, or post on the platform.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified and interpreted to best accomplish its intended purpose without altering the rest of these Terms. All remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
We reserve the right to amend any of the provisions in this Agreement at any time. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of those rights.
Changes to Terms: We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform. You are advised to review this page periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Logo and Brand: As a customer, you hereby grant Popler Technologies the right to use your company name and logo on our website and in promotional or corporate communications, unless you specifically request otherwise in writing.
Customer Service: For all support queries related to Botreadyme, please contact our support team using your registered account email. We may not be able to act on anonymous support requests. You are solely responsible for managing customer support for any experiences or content you create and share using the Botreadyme platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
